Radisson Blu Hotel, Mannheim

The hotel features a modern, spacious room that met our expectations based on the photos. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the Christmas market and shopping areas. Breakfast offered a great selection, including delicious Italian coffee and made-to-order hot meals. There was a billing mistake where we were charged for an extra night, which needs resolving.

the breakfast was enjoyable with an amazing view, and the rooftop bar was a plus. the hotel was in a central setting in the heart of the city. the staff was responsive, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

It was clean, breakfast was fantastic and great. The staff was pleasant and responsive to what we asked for. The rooms were spotless for a clean, liked it. The location was marvellous and lovely, not too far from a vast baroque palace.

And the lighting in the bathroom and room? Perfectly designed.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable for what you get.

Loved the chic furniture and the dreamy bathtub! That bay window was a cozy spot to lounge, and I adored the hair products-my locks were downright luxurious.

But honestly, I was like a cheeky imposter at the rooftop bar, and the cleaning crew must've been on vacation-no thanks, I was just trying to be posh!

The rooftop bar's ambiance was delightful, and the diverse breakfast options kept our mornings exciting. However, the shower's glass enclosure lacked privacy and the TV connectivity issues were frustrating.

I really appreciated how close the hotel is to the beautiful Paradeplatz and the excellent Mannheim Baroque Palace. Plus, it was just a short walk to multiple hotels and cafes, giving me plenty of options to relax .

I had a lovely stay and enjoyed the rooftop bar with amazing cocktails while unwinding by the pool. The wellness area offered a nice spa and sauna. I wished the check-in deposit policy was communicated better, but overall, it was a great experience 🌟

The location is right in the center of the shopping district but very quiet inside. My Superior Room had air conditioning, a bath, and a coffee machine. The spa facilities were clean and relaxing. The rooftop bar serves fantastic cocktails with great views of the city.
